2. The prices indicated for the goods do not include delivery and installation.
3. When placing an order through this website, filling in the required data, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered, you will be automatically prepared and sent a prepaid invoice. You can pay for the product using the payment tools built into the online store, by bank transfer or upon receipt of the goods in the store in cash or with a payment card. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. After receiving the payment, we will send you an invoice electronically and inform you about the status of the order both electronically and in the form of a text message to the provided mobile phone number. The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 14 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.
4. The Buyer has the right to return the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product by sending a letter of return to the Seller. The Seller will send the return letter form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer’s request. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of return. All expenses that will be incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller will be covered by the Buyer.
5. Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of return”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee in case the product is damaged by negligent handling of the product during use or without following the instructions, if the original packaging is lost or its packaging is damaged.
6. By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees that the data provided by him/her is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
You will be able to choose the most convenient and closest delivery place or point during the ordering process. It will be possible to see all the nearest delivery locations on the map or select deliveries to the delivery address specified by you.

Product return / exchange / warranty
If the product ordered in the LEDveikals.lv online store does not meet the description, or you are not satisfied with the quality or the item does not comply with the specified product parameters, you can return it or exchange it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can return the product together with the invoice, purchase document and application for the reasons for returning the product. The product must be delivered to the store / office in Talsi, Raiņa Street 88, Talsi, LV-3201 by yourself or by courier.
Upon receipt of the goods returned by the customer, the following conditions will be evaluated, whether:
The returned product must not be used. It must be in the original packaging sent by the seller.
The product must be packed in such a way that it is not damaged. If you choose to send by courier, then the product must be packed securely so that no damage occurs during delivery.
If you choose to return the product via Omniva or DPD parcel terminals, please call the info phone number indicated in the contacts in advance and specify with the company employee to which parcel machine you plan to send the returned product.
As soon as we receive the returned shipment, we will inspect the product and return the payment in full, or in accordance with the agreement with the buyer, we will send another product instead.

If the Seller of the Goods finds that the Customer has used the goods and it is no longer in 100% sales condition and appearance, then the money will not be returned. If the conditions were met, the Seller of Goods is obliged to immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s written refusal, refund to the consumer the amount paid for the goods or services until the termination of the contract. The manufacturer, seller or service provider is entitled not to reimburse the consumer for the amount of money paid for the product or thing until the consumer has returned the product or thing or submitted documents confirming the return or shipment of the product or thing.
